Every wedding is different — the light, the venue, the people. But the moments that matter most are almost always the same: the look just before the kiss, the laugh that comes from nowhere, the quiet detail that sums up a whole relationship. My job is to notice those things and stay out of the way. Not to manufacture them.

I work documentary-style, which means I become part of your day rather than interrupt it. No constant direction, no stopping the flow for posed shots every half hour. I stay close, stay quiet, and trust that if I’m patient enough, the real thing will happen. Most couples say afterwards they barely noticed I was there — that’s exactly the aim.

This gallery draws from weddings across South Wales — Cardiff, Swansea, the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport and Bridgend. Coastal ceremonies at Oxwich Bay, grand country houses like Hensol Castle, intimate venues tucked away in the hills.
